It can be remembered that she was bundled out of this tournament last year in the first round, a sad way to spend her 25th birthday. This time, she will be facing a claycourt specialist in the first round – recent Bogota champion Lourdes Dominguez Lino.
Aside from Jankovic, defending champion Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova will take part in this event including Vanie King and Melanie Oudin.
